Our History
Blue Profit was born out of my desire to share a wonderful part of the world with you that can also be a wonderful investment opportunity. I have spent a year looking for a good investment property by the beach that me and my family can also enjoy.
I was afraid to consider neighbored country Dominican Republic as I really didn’t know it. I was told about investment in Punta Cana but I didn’t take it seriously. A year from first listening about Punta Cana I decided to visit and I encountered a paradise; For investment, and for enjoyment.
While the world crumbles financially the Dominican Republic is aggressively becoming more successful leaving JP Morgan impressed with the Dominican Central Bank due to the macroeconomic stability and the financial benefits it represents for them.
Dominican Republic is recognized in the world as one of the most attractive countries for direct foreign investment, In 2022 that direct foreign investment is 4 billion dollars.
And this is just one part. Because there is the part where DR has some of the worlds more beautiful beaches. It is becoming the Caribbean island with the most flow of tourists in the Caribbean. 10 Million tourists in 2022, and 8 million of those went to Punta Cana. The furthest East point that encompasses Bavaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana and Macao, and even more beach cities that are exploding because the world has also found it, not just Lymari :).
Punta Cana is immense world of entertainment and peace within 45 miles of beach coast.
There’s so much to do and see: Besides beautiful beaches and all the water sports imaginable, there are multiple water parks, great restaurants, special activities like Dinner in The Sky and swimming with dolphins, there’s nightlife, a CocoBongo, concert venues (and a new 9,000 seat amphitheater is being built), eco parks, a new avant- guard theme park, lots of golf, which by the way means beautiful properties in golf courses by the beach.
Cap Cana, the most exclusive area, a city, within a city, has the biggest marina in the Caribbean, you can enter a 150 feet yatch. Cap Cana also has the largest and most prestigious golf course in the Caribbean, Punta Espada.
But there’s still another part, to me the most important, the one that sealed my deal: the consolidated movers and shakers of Punta Cana, the groups that own and develop the land and the city are united which makes the entire city a tourist city where you feel safe and good, and which makes where wherever you look pretty. It makes it full of entertainment, full of possibilities.
And it also makes the many workers that touch your life in a daily basis happy, you can feel the consolidation of the powers that be there, you can feel their consolidated purpose when you are received in a beautiful airport and with live music.
At every step of the way you’re simply treated so well you don’t want to leave, and you surely want to come back.
Punta Cana locals are made of a friendly International community who’s happy to be there. Punta Cana is a happy place.

Lymari was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She resumes her life in two words – love and passion. Intellectual, artistic, physical, spiritual, cultural, and social love ad passion.
Her love for life in general has made her succeed wherever she goes. She was passionate, first, about basketball and played in her school and in clubs. She was then passionate about science and has a master in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico worked for a National Laboratory as an intern and for an aerospace company in Los Angeles, CA.
She then followed her passions for acting and storytelling and trained in Mexico, London, and Los Angeles. She went to work in theater, movies, and TV, both in the USA and in Puerto Rico, and developed, wrote, and helped produce films as well.
On a visit to premiere a film in her hometown of Ponce, PR she decided to move her passion to her town to make it more energetic after the recession that caused a massive exodus of Puerto Ricans.
She went to work for the mayor of the town, creating drama education programs for teachers and students. And bringing productions, and, films and its filmmakers, to the town, through her company.
During the last few years, Lymari was simply passionate about a life well lived, which to her meant to make sure all around her were well, and a life by the beach; beach for the family, yoga, meditation, beach sports, healthy food, etc. This journey has taken her around the world.
And after 3 years she has found one in Dominican Republic while looking for a beach home for fun, relaxation and investment.
